Welcome to the Adult and Continuing Education LEAP program! Oakwood University’s LEAP Degree Completion Program is particularly designed for you, the busy adult, aged 25 years or older, who has earned one or more years of accumulated college-level credits (24 credits). Our flexible program allows you to complete your degree at an accelerated rate, while attending class one night per week or partially online. With LEAP you can
- Attend a fully accredited university
- Have old credits accepted
- Use military, trade school, or non-accredited school credits (C- grade or above)
- Earn credit for what you’ve learned through your life experiences
- Apply for full financial aid
- Pay only $259 a credit hour*
- Receive tuition forgiveness for an old Oakwood bill (7 years or older)
*Cost per credit hour based upon the 2011-2012 academic year. Affective July 1st, 2012, the cost per credit hour will increase to $269 per hour.
